Hospitality Services Limited (BHSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade
Group. It was established in June 2004 to focus on the hospitality industry.
BHSL’s range of operations currently encompass professionally managed serviced
residences, clubs, convention centres, hotels & resorts.

Homestead Serviced Residences are located in Jayanagar, a prime location in the
city of Bangalore, offering "a home away from home" experience with
fully furnished service apartments.
The
lifestyle clubs - Woodrose, Regent, Galaxy and Augusta - are part of large
residential enclaves, created to provide relaxing and rejuvenating facilities
for all its members.
The MLR
Convention Centres, located in J.P. Nagar and Whitefield in the city are ideal
venues to host corporate, social and cultural events.
The company
has recently ventured into Outdoor Catering, Cafeteria Management and Event
Management under the umbrella of Celebrations Catering and Events LLP.
BHSL is also
the asset manager for the Hotels developed by Brigade Group, which owns the
first Grand Mercure Hotel in the country as well as the first newly built and
managed Sheraton property in India. Both properties have won multiple awards
and are located in Bangalore.
Brigade
Group has 7 more hotels in the pipeline and very recently, has partnered with
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to set up 10 Holiday Inn Express Hotels in
South India. The hotels will be built and owned by Brigade Group and managed by
IHG. The newly-signed hotels will add to Brigade’s existing hospitality
portfolio.
